Dr Scarlett Bowen is a neurologist with a special interest in neuromuscular disorders and clinical neurophysiology. She completed her neurology training at Royal Hobart Hospital, University Hospital Geelong and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She then undertook fellowship training in neuromuscular disorders and clinical neurophysiology at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. She currently holds an appointment at St Vincent’s Public Hospital.
Scarlett manages a broad range of neurological conditions, including neuromuscular disorders, headaches, and stroke. She performs electrophysiological studies, including nerve conduction studies and electromyography (EMG), as part of her clinical practice.
She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care, with a strong focus on ensuring patients feel heard, understood and comfortable throughout their care.
Originally from Hobart, Tasmania, Scarlett now enjoys exploring Victoria. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
