Dr. Pouya Hafezi is a dual-qualified specialist in Pain and Rehabilitation Medicine. He completed his Rehabilitation Medicine training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital before further specializing in Pain Medicine through advanced training at Monash Health, St Vincent’s Hospital, and the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Dr. Hafezi’s outstanding performance in the Faculty of Pain Medicine Fellowship examination earned him a prestigious Merit award. He further honed his expertise in Interventional Pain Management at the Melbourne Pain Group.

Passionate about a multidisciplinary approach to pain management, Dr. Hafezi integrates various treatment modalities to provide comprehensive care for his patients.

He currently practices as a Pain Medicine Specialist at Peninsula Health and is available for consultations at Melbourne NeuroCare locations. Dr. Hafezi is fluent in English and Farsi/Persian, ensuring effective communication with a diverse range of patients.
